The Brian's OPTik 2 SR Goalie Pants takes the bulletproof Brian’s reputation and puts it into a package that maximizes coverage while also prioritizing comfort and mobility.
External Material
The body of the pant is made of the same high grade nylon seen on the back of Brian’s pro leg pads; designed to resist abrasions and withstand whatever the shooters throw at you.
Fit
The Optik 2 pants have more of a barrel style fit designed to maximize coverage and make it easy for goalies to tuck their chest protectors in.
Waist Closure & Internal Belt
Two snap buckles with webbing straps secure the pants to the goalie along with an internal belt and the traditional lace closure in the crotch. This means that the Optik 2 pants are able to work for a number of different goalies who like different fits
Hip Protection
Brian’s uses a squared off HD foam frontal fin over the hip area which offers great mobility and range of motion while increasing protection over other designs seen on the market.
Thigh Protection
The Optik2 pants use a molded, squared off thigh to maximize coverage while a velcro removable pad sits within the thigh making the pant feel more connected to the leg and adding an extra layer of padding.
Leg Extension
The Optik2 pants do not feature any sort of leg extension, they are a fixed length pant.
Knee Pad Attachment
The Brian’s OPTik 2 Pro Pant does not feature any knee pad attachment although a garter belt could be purchased separately.
Sizes & Colors
Brian's OPTik 2 Senior Goalie Pants come in senior sizes Small to XX-Large as well as an intermediate Small/Medium and Large/Extra-Large. They come in black but are fully customizable with a wide variety of different shell, liner and accent colours as well as different stripe options.
