The bright royal blue satin fabric on this lovely sleeveless maxi dress has a floral design with big tone-on-tone cabbage roses. A peplum-style flounce accented with a bow tops a straight dress. Metal zipper center back. Fully lined upper in floral satin. I'll put this at circa 1960s, but it could be a bit later into the early seventies. No maker's tag, as its thought to be handmade.
